So, on thursday me and Dustin went to the fair. lul. My sister had sprung going on the fair with her friends and me coming along the night before, so i was frantically searching for someone who would come with me. Dustin was the only one who was going on thursday, seens as everyone was going on Friday, and it was my mums birthday, so we were having a party.

So, we went on the rides and we had such a laugh. We went on the waltzer and literally wet ourselves making fun out of the school whore. She is one bad ass whore though. Then ‘Irreplaceable’ by Beyonce came on, and we sung the whole song. Classic. We were just shouting to get ourselves heard over the whirring and cranking of the dodgy machinery.

I shat in something nasty in my grey skinny jeans that are almost white. Said nasty thing was purple, so idk if the stain is going to come out. Riveting conversation. Dustin got out of the Waltzer, and accidentally elbowed me as he helped me out. I was like DX – some of my tooth even came out. But bless, i luff him. We walked down back to his house because he had to go home and i needed to get my mum some flowers, and we saw his friend Jack along the way. I was a bit peeved, because i was hoping to atleast get a snog for my troubles :*

Braces are officially the contraption of the devil. Or a malicious torture device. I swear every second or third person has them, and that if you have the slightest crook in your teeth then the ortho. is like “you need braces!” I swear, my friend, who has perfectly fine teeth is getting braces. And he’s also my crush so i don’t want to kiss him (not that i would ) whilst we both have braces.

Argh, and when you first get them on, its actual agony. I couldn’t eat properly for like three weeks, and that is no exaggeration. Let me tell you a little story of my duke of Edinburgh’s award practice expedition. So, we just had lunch and i was still munching on some food, now i could only eat using my far-back teeth. It was agony if it touched anywhere else. Being able to eat using only four teeth is really quite impractical. So~ we were going over the style, and i had a heavy pack on. Before i know it, my mouth is falling open because i’d put too much pressure on my teeth holding my mouth closed. So, all this saliva and a few bits of the bar had fallen out of my mouth. I was so embarrassed and earned the nickname ‘dribbler’ from the rest of my group. It was completely unfair, and i tried explaining about the braces – two of the others had braces anyway, but they didn’t know what it was like for me because i have particularly sensitive teeth to begin with. I could have died with embarrassment. You can imagine how cringey it was. DX

I haven’t got them tightened yet, but apparently its almost as painful as when you get them on. And bleh. I know i need them, but they get caught on everything – not to mention make kissing really quite impractical.

DX. They’re just so phail.

After sending me into manic depression after finishing the Black Magician Trilogy – it being over and all, i reluctantly picked up her books; the age of the five trilogy. Priestess of the white is a huge book and books that big normally take me 2+ weeks to read. I read this book in about three days of non-stop reading. I swear, i was significantly paler by the end of that book. I thought the beginning was a bit boring, but then i got into the swing of things. The main character of the book – Auraya – my namesake, or alias-sake, w/e, is awesome. She reminded me a bit of myself, yah know, with all the flying and stuff. Like hardcore floating off the ground kind of stuff. I love the idea of magic, and the way that she’s made magic in this world is awesome. I dont really understand though, the fact that if magic is all around you, that people differ in strength. I also like the idea of the gods not being able to affect the physical world, which is how it should be. I dont like the way its centered around religion, but the way Trudi (we’re on first name terms, duh) integrates it in with the personal life of the characters is pretty awesome. Tbh, some parts of this reminded me of a book i’d read (it was an imaginary cult) about a cult and some stuff, by Robert Muchamore.

The books also reminded me a lot of Greek myths and legends that i’d loved reading when i was younger. I’d spent days skimming through my big book of myths and legends. The way she’d incorporated magic and classical civilization was a very good and original idea. I also like mischief. He reminded me of a thing called a “petpet” that you can get on neopets – one called a meowclops (to the left).

Overall~ these books are awesome, i recommend them to all you fantasy fans out there!

Yes, i loved the books to bits. Idk who this director is, if i wanted to be intelligent and wiki it then i would have, but its 02:30 ish in the morning and i cant sleep. Well, i actually laughed/cried the whole way through the film. It was depressing to see one of my favourite books of all time made into such a shitty film. I was desperately hoping for them to pull it together by the end, but by then i was actually throwing popcorn at the cinema screen. It was all i could do to actually stop myself from phsically getting up and booing. Even though i’d read the books about five zillion gatrillion billion times, i didn’t know what was coming next, seens as the director stuck to the plotline about as much as my teachers stick to the homework timetable.

I cant believe they told us the plotline with Arya, too. That was a major shock to me when i read Eldest. Why reveal it? Its frankly stupid – it didn’t even improve the movie. The fact too, that Arya was floaty and vulnerable almost made me wet myself. Because im the sad kind of fantasy nerd that finds things like that funny. But, in the books – i would like to point out – that i think CP has some kind of warped leather Fetish. What kind of teenager puts a woman in full-leather? I mean to be honest, its some guys fantasies, but for god sake, its not exactly practical or remotely fashionable. I mean, how many elves do you know that wonder about in leather, fgs.

Oh~ and dont get me started on Saphira. What was she about? I was like going to take my wrath out on someone sitting next to me – which happened to be a dreadlocked guy, that is a family friend and is pretty hench. I mean come on, her wings didnt even go with her body – and she’s meant to be blue for christ sake. What was that, some nasty shade of purple. If i ever meet the director, im going to physically hurt him.

Jeremy Irons – how could you steep so low? Your awesome. To be honest, he was the best part of the film. His portrayal of Brom was good. Except he was meant to be a frail old man and didn’t die that way. But yes, he did a good job of it, except for the fact he revealed he was a rider so early on – not that it was voluntary or anything.

EW, and now Eragon. I saved him until last because Ed Speelers is such a crappy actor. He was in Echo beach earlier on in the year, too. The fact that he’s a very hot guy, means that he probably got the part by default anyway because the rest of the auditionee’s were sad fantasy nerds. It makes you wonder how poor the quality of acting at the auditions was, doesn’t it? Some of the ways he said some of the more “epic” commands were, quite frankly, worthy of Power rangers – and power rangers only. I wonder how long his acting career will last? If i ever meet him, im going to hit on him first, and if he doesn’t adhere im just going to punch him one for making a mockery of an epic character, such as Eragon.

Poor CP, i wonder how many people its put off reading Eragon. I’ve read some stuff he’s said about it. I dont think he’s allowed to say how disappointed he is, but quite frankly, the film was shit. If i was him i would give the director a right bollocking.

Oh yes. This is a question i’ve been wondering about for a while. Yes, theres a big hype about ninja’s and pirates among the youth today. Wow i feel old saying that.

Pirate – the definition:

So, pirates seem pretty negative. I wonder why kids find them so cool? Maybe its because of films such as POTC, etc. portraying them as funny and pretty harmless, and ultimately fighting for the good of others – but more likely themselves.

Piracy has been the death of many many people. It just makes me wonder. Why do people think they’re so cool? One of the only reasons i could think of is that they are a symbol to people to defy the normal.

Now ninja’s are an easier one to work out why people like them so much.

So, ninja’s are pretty cool. But from that, we can see that they were nothing better than hired mercenaries, although their level of skill was extraordinary. Also shows such as TMNT show them as pretty harmless – but also a force to be reckoned with.

I think, that neither are particularly awesome, and the dictionary definition kind of speaks for itself seens as its almost midnight and i really cant be bothered to get epic here :*

This year i promised myself i wouldnt watch it.

I was like, no. NO BIG BROTHER DX and im watching it. Right now. They’re all cross dressing. Its really quite funny. Its all just a laugh. But its not that funny. I mean the cross dressing is, shurr, but most of the house are fools.

What is the point in this show? I mean if you watch the live stream, then its just day to day stuff, and most of its birdsong anyway. It just a stupid show. Why do you want to see stuff you’ve spent the day doing yourself? the only funny things are random rants by the housemates that think their clever and politically correct. I swear, half of the people have a game plan, and pretend that they dont. Its just stupid. And the ads imbetween are boring as well, but they’re better than the actual show.

It makes you wonder how bored people must be to actually watch this show :*

I love the fact that this year, everyone is so paranoid. I remember for a task;

“I think this picnic is going to be taken out of the shopping budget.” says Dennis.

“Really?” Rachel says.

“Yeah.” Dennis points out

“Big brother would like to point out that this is in fact, just a picnic.” Big brother tells only us.

I think i probably wet myself when i heard this statement. I was like ROFL ROFL ROFL ROFL ROFL *infinite rofl* It was such a paranoid thing to say. Big brother are sneaky, but not that sneaky. My mum too, she says she doesn’t watch it, but whenever its on in our room, she stops and watches it. Then my dad has a rant about how crap big brother is, and then im just like, get a life dad *watches more big brother*. Yes, im a hypocrite. I remember pointing out to a friend how awfully stupid the show actually was, but then later went home and watched it.

People watching this show religiously make me sad. When its on TV and i have nothing better to do, i may occasionally watch it if im kind of bored. But i mean, some of the people on this show are truly desperate. As in, Alexandra. She’s so darn confrontational, i mean, woman, people do what they want, leave them be, woman. DX. There are things that people do that she can’t control, and i pretty sure she resents that.

The rest of the housemates are boring. Its such a stupid show anyway.

Did i tell you im a hypocrite?

Yes. I have had a very exciting week *rolls eyes*. Last Monday, i went to rounders practice. As it turned out, i had been kicked out of the team. I was quite annoyed, seens as i’ve been to every practice, and the people who replaced us had been to no practices before, Miss D had decided that because in house rounders, they were an awesome addition to the team. I somehow managed to voice my opinion, because i had decided that i was going to be more confident. And she was like “blah blah its a good point Auraya but their still on the team blah blah” I like her, but i resent her for the fact that well, i was kicked out of the team for a couple of Chavs. Yes, im being stereotypical.

The next day there was a rounders match and i played as a reserve. Turns out the team we were playing didn’t have enough players, so i decided i’d play for them. The team i was playing for lost by about 9 zillion rounders etc. It was unbelievably boring and i got unbelievably bored with the person playing second base. It was quite ridiculous, she missed the ball about ninety times, and i was getting frustrated. It was really pathetic.

Wednesday was an… uneventful day. Did i mention i had no lessons that week i had no lessons? We did this multi activity thing. BORING. BUT~ the third activity was really awesome. We had the most awesome laugh ever. We were making films, and guess which teacher turned up to supervise? One of the history teachers who is incredibly hot. I want him (: – we made the FUNNIEST film ever. It was pretty crazy. We were meant to be warning people about the dangers of internet pedophilia. Yes, it was classic. Im not going to go into it because you would be like, wth? Thats meant to be funny? It was classic, ok? Take my word for it. So anyway, my hot history teacher actually almost collapsed laughing at it (: so i was happy. lol. OK. anyway.. Next day.

I’d been nervous about today for a few weeks now. It was the triathlon. DUN DUN DUN! Well, anyway, you could either do it on your own, or as part of a team. I decided to do it on my own. Only four other girls in the year did it on their own, so i was like DX. I knew one of them wouldn’t be able to do it, so i was glad i knew i wouldn’t come last. So we started at the pool. I was the second out of the pool, and the third to actually get up to my bike. It took me a while to find my bike and put my helmet on because i was tired after the swim. I heard people shouting ‘GO AURAYA! WOOH!’ I was really happy. I almost twisted my ankle running out of the biking area. So there was three laps = 3k. It was tiring. Then we got to the running; running is the one im good at. I sprinted the 800m and finished in 25mins 37seconds, which beat about 50% of the boys that did it. I was quite proud as i hadn’t even done any training. Altogether it was like four kilometres, which is quite pathetic. I can run that in fifteen minutes :* When the results came out, i had come fourth. By less than 30seconds, i dont know the actual time of the third place winner, but it was 25minutes something. I was so peeved :*. And then.. It was the teachers turn. My history teacher was so hot. He’s ex-navy and came first. I managed to get a sneaky picture of him . I dont stalk this guy or anything. -shifty eyes-. Anyway, so he like did everything -zoom zoom- kind of way. I was like *woah*, haa. It was pretty classic.

Friday. Well, i found out that my crush fancied my best friend the worst way. She told me. And, i helped bring them together *cry much*. So i consoled myself by kissing some random guy who was way out of it. He’s in my tutor as well. Luckily he didn’t remember. I felt a bit sleezy for taking advantage of him when he was drunk, but i didn’t care at that point. I was very lonely. My best friend, also slept round my house. Now this guy was her first kiss, but we couldn’t talk because me and my sister share a room. We watched a few movies, and the guy asked her out. She didn’t tell me, i found out from him on msn. I was really annoyed. DX

Saturday & Sunday were uneventful, frankly. Monday was back to normal lessons and it was boring.

Today~ eww. I have Tonsillitis. I’ve sat in bed all day and got bored, so i finally got round to making this blog (:
